CNC Precision Machining

Many industrial components produced by casting require precision machining operations in order to become fully functional. For this reason, we complement our aluminium casting capabilities with our CNC machining expertise.

Connection surfaces, bearing seats, flanges, mounting points, holes, threads, and other areas requiring tight tolerances are machined in accordance with technical drawings.

Planning CNC milling, drilling, tapping, and various precision machining operations together with the casting process allows the part to be evaluated holistically from the initial production stage through to its final geometry. This enables us to provide our customers not only with raw castings, but with fully machined components ready for the intended application or subsequent assembly stages.
