AluTek Works Engineering culture. Industrial excellence.
Alutekworks is an export-oriented OEM manufacturing company specializing in custom aluminum cast and CNC-machined components produced according to technical drawings for the requirements of various industries. At the core of our manufacturing approach is not merely the production of individual parts, but the establishment of long-term manufacturing partnerships that add value to our customers’ product development, sourcing, and serial production processes.
From urban furniture and outdoor lighting to industrial machinery, from automotive applications and power transmission systems to vacuum technologies and renewable energy, and from agricultural machinery and railway systems to HVAC equipment and material handling and conveyor systems, we manufacture custom aluminum components for OEM manufacturers operating across a wide range of industries. Rather than offering standard products, we evaluate each project according to its specific technical requirements and manufacture in accordance with our customers’ technical drawings.
Our manufacturing capabilities are built around Gravity Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting, and Sand Casting technologies. By combining our aluminum casting expertise with CNC machining, tooling development, surface preparation, and serial production capabilities, we provide integrated manufacturing solutions extending from prototype development to the finished component.
For us, a technical drawing is not merely a document defining the dimensions of a part to be manufactured; it is the starting point of a successful manufacturing process. In new projects, we evaluate part geometry, castability, tooling design, CNC machining requirements, and serial production conditions as an integrated whole. Through our manufacturability-focused engineering approach, we work closely with our customers on technical evaluations when required, with the aim of contributing to more efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes.
OEM manufacturing lies at the heart of Alutekworks’ business model. Rather than marketing our own portfolio of standard products, we manufacture custom aluminum components required for products developed by our customers. This approach enables us to understand the technical requirements of different industries, adapt to changing project needs, and develop flexible solutions for varying production volumes.
The value of a manufacturing partner is not measured solely by its machinery or production capacity. Technical communication, the ability to develop solutions to problems, rapid adaptation to changing requirements, and the ability to operate as an integral part of the customer’s supply chain are equally fundamental to long-term cooperation. For this reason, we aim to build relationships with our customers that go beyond the traditional buyer-supplier model, based on open communication, engineering collaboration, and mutual development.
Operating within Türkiye’s strong industrial infrastructure, advanced manufacturing ecosystem, and strategically advantageous location close to Europe, Alutekworks brings its manufacturing capabilities to international markets. With our export-oriented approach, we aim to provide OEM manufacturers, particularly across Europe, with a flexible, competitive, and long-term manufacturing alternative.
For us, aluminum is not simply a metal we process; it is an engineering material at the core of our expertise. With its lightweight properties, durability, design flexibility, and recyclability, we believe aluminum will play an increasingly important role in the future of industrial manufacturing. We therefore continuously develop our manufacturing technologies, engineering expertise, and industry-specific experience with the goal of building an increasingly strong center of expertise in aluminum.
Alutekworks’ ambition is not simply to become an aluminum casting company that produces more parts. Our goal is to be a reliable OEM manufacturing partner that understands its customers’ products, contributes to their engineering processes, adapts to changing production requirements, and builds long-term partnerships in international markets.
