Quality Control
Our approach to quality is based not only on casting a component, but on managing the entire sequence of complementary processes as an integrated system — from technical evaluation and tooling development to casting, precision machining, and serial production.
Every new project begins with an evaluation of the customer’s technical drawing, material requirements, tolerances, surface expectations, annual production volume, and the operating conditions of the component. This initial technical review enables us to determine the most suitable manufacturing method for the project and to plan the subsequent production stages correctly.
Prototype and First Sample Production
Prototype and first sample production carried out before a new component enters serial production represents an important stage in the technical validation of the project.
During this process, the component geometry, casting results, CNC operations, mounting points, and functional requirements are evaluated. Based on the results obtained, the necessary production improvements are implemented to establish a more stable process for serial production.
This approach helps reduce technical risks before the transition to serial production, particularly in long-term OEM projects.
Flexible and Scalable Serial Production
OEM customers across different industries do not have the same production requirements. While some projects require low- or medium-volume custom production, others require regular, high-volume serial production.
Our production planning is built around the flexibility to adapt to these different requirements. The ability to scale production volumes according to project needs — from prototypes and initial batches to regular serial production — enables us to respond more effectively to our customers’ changing demands.
In long-term projects, the objective is not only to provide production capacity, but to establish a robust manufacturing infrastructure that enables the same component to be produced sustainably and efficiently across repeat orders.
Components Ready for Shipment and Assembly
To simplify the supply processes of our OEM customers, we aim to provide components with casting, CNC machining, and the required finishing operations completed.
Depending on project requirements, components can be delivered as raw castings, CNC-machined parts, or ready for subsequent assembly operations. Through export-compliant packaging and shipment planning, the production process is integrated into the customer’s supply chain.
This integrated approach reduces the need to manage different operations across multiple suppliers while helping to simplify our customers’ purchasing and production processes.
From Technical Drawing to Final Component
The foundation of Alutekworks’ manufacturing capability is not a single process, but the integrated management of complementary manufacturing technologies. We bring together engineering evaluation, tooling development, Gravity Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting, CNC machining, surface preparation, prototype development, and serial production capabilities within a single manufacturing approach.
In this way, we provide our customers with more than just an aluminium casting. We deliver an OEM component solution whose technical requirements have been evaluated, manufacturing process has been planned, required precision operations have been completed, and which is ready for serial production.
Send us your technical drawing, and let us develop together the most suitable aluminium manufacturing solution — from manufacturability assessment to serial production.
